Primarily, Liddingtons charge clients according to the amount of time required to resolve the matter upon which we are instructed as well as on the value of that work to the client. Our hourly rates vary depending on the level of experience of the fee earner who carries out the work. Our rates are competitive and we are confident that we provide real value for money
Our fee structure and charges are inflexible and are agreed in advance to suit the needs of each particular client. Liddingtons provide a breakdown of our charges with each invoice and always agree invoices before sending them. In some cases an agreed retainer may offer the best value to the client. In other cases, it may be possible to agree a capped fee for a particular piece of work or a tribunal claim.
